Mod de preparare:

Se dizolva zaharul in apa apoi se fierbe la foc mic pana devine maro-auriu, se adauga laptele de nuca de cocos si se amesteca pana capata aspectul unui sos. Separat se amesteca faina de porumb cu niste apa rece si se adauga apoi la sos, se amesteca totul pana se ingroasa.
Mod de servire:
Se toarna intr-o farfurie si se serveste cu banane.
