In our HELIOS Sanatorium, all our patients, who wish to
obtain donated oocytes, are listed in the Donor Eggs
programme (one of its parts is the waiting list). Waiting
time and costs depend on the alternative, for which the
patient decides.
There are three variations:
A)Donation of eggs, synchronized cycle
B)Donation of eggs, CRYO - cycle
C)Donation of embryos
A)DONATION OF OOCYTES – SYNCHRONIZED CYCLE:
In the first case, the cycle of the recipient and the donor
is synchronized, the donor undergoes stimulation. The cycles
are mutually synchronized, so that the day of eggs uptake
coincides with the 14th day of the cycle of the recipient.
On this day the eggs are fertilized with sperm sample of the
recipients partner. From the fertilized eggs embryos are
grown, which are then transferred back to the uterus of the
recipients. Generally 1-2 embryos are transferred, the
doctor, based on the health condition of the patient,
specifies the amount of embryos. Desire of the recipient is
taken into consideration. If more embryos evolve that can be
transferred, it is possible to freeze them and use them in
the future for next transfer.
The waiting period: 8-12 months
Price: 4200,- Euros
B)DONATION OF OOCYTES – NON-SYNCHRONIZED CYCLE
In this case, oocytes donated directly by patients, who are
undergoing IVF, are used. These oocytes are fertilized at
the day of collecting by frozen sperm sample of the
recipient’s partner (which is preceded by
husband’s/partner’s sperm sample freezing). If the
embryos evolve to the stage of blastocyst, which is suitable
for freezing, they are frozen. The donor of oocytes
subsequently undergoes all necessary examinations (genetic,
HIV, etc.)
After receiving negative results from the genetic
examinations of the donor, the embryos can be used for
cryo-embryo transfer.
In the meantime, the uterus of the recipient is being
prepared for transfer of the frozen embryo by hormonal
stimulation. On the 14th day of the cycle, the thickness of
the mucous tissue (endometrium) in uterus is measured. If
everything is all right, on the 20th day of the cycle the
transfer of frozen embryo(s) to the uterus can be carried
out.
In case of unsuccessful cultivation (if there are no embryos
suitable for embryo transfer), the HELIOS Sanatorium will
find a new donor and repeat the cultivation at its own
expenses. If there are no suitable embryos for freezing even
after second cultivation, the deposit will be used for
refund all the costs. In this case, we recommend a
consultation with the doctor and considering donation of
complete embryos. If the patient still wishes to repeat the
cycle, it is necessary to pay the deposit again. For
fertilization a minimum amount of 5 donor oocytes is used.
One embryo transfer of at least one quality embryo is
guaranteed.
Waiting period: 4-8 months
Price: 3700,- Euros
In all three variants the donor must meet the following
requirements:
All necessary examinations must have negative results
Age 18-34 for women, 18-40 for men
Secondary school graduates
Without any genetic abnormalities in the family history
The donor may be chosen by the following criteria:
appearance (colour of eyes, colour and quality of hair,
height and type of body) and blood group.
The price for individual variants includes: costs of donor
stimulation, medicaments required for stimulation, surgical
collection of oocytes, embryo cultivation and their eventual
freezing, award for the donor.
If you choose variant B, it is necessary to freeze the
partner’s sperm sample.

Sa inteleg ca nu se intampla nimic daca nimeni nu a mai scris.
Va astept pe voi cu informatii noi ca la mine nu cred ca se va intampla ceva in urmatoarele luni.

astazi am citit toata arhiva voastra de mesaje pe acest subiect arzator...; reiese ca la noi in tara nu se mai poate face nimic in provinta ovulelor donate; toti medicii spun ca sa venim noi cu donatoarele, dar ma intreb de unde sa le luam??? iar in afara tarii costa foarte mult.
Ca si voi, am aceeasi problema, FSH urias, AMH 0,2, 38 de ani, niciun copil. A, am uitat sa spun ca si sotul are oligoastenospermie plus o atitudine relaxata vis-a-vis de problema lui.
A durat mai mult de un an de zile ca sa ma pot obisnui cu verdictul de insuficienta ovariana si cu ideea ca nu pot avea copii decat in varianta fiv cu ovul donat sau adoptie. Alesesem prima varianta si ma pregateam sufleteste asta vara cand...s-a intamplat ce s-a intamplat.
Apoi, din disperare, am avut impulsul sa scriu la diverse clinici de prin alte tari si am si primit raspuns favorabil de la o parte din ele, o sa fac mai jos o lista cu numele lor si cateva detalii legate de ele.
Dar daca, totusi, aveti ceva noutati legate de aceasta procedura la noi, v-as fi recunoscatoare (este mult prea scump in afara tarii, pe langa faptul ca nu e garantat 100%)...

Cel mai bine pentru noi ar fi fost daca am fi avut pe cineva din familie dar in 90% din cazuri nu se poate.
Este f greu sa gasesti donatoare si implica f multe probleme asa o vad eu iar la costuri cred ca sunt aporpiate valorile, depinde unde face fIV-ul deoarece sunt clinici si la noi cu 3000 euro, tratamentul, recompensa, tot pe acolo ajungi.
In legaturile cu legile la noi speram sa se intample ceva bun si pentru noi si insista cu donatoarea nicioadata nu se stie.

"Pentru a se putea face extragerea ovulelor, intai trebuie stimulata producerea de foliculi ovarieni de catre ovarele femeii cu ajutorul unor anumiti hormoni. Odata ce s-a format numarul de foliculi (potentiale ovule), specialistul in fertilitate poate indeparta aceste ovule de la nivelul ovarelor, pentru a incerca producerea fertilizarii. Daca fertilizarea are succes, embrionii vor fi plasati ulterior in uterul femeii."
cine doneaza trebuie sa faca tratamente hormonale?
Ce prostie ca la noi nu se face procedura asta mai simplu si legal fara sa fie atata suferinta. Intr-adevar sunt femei care ar putea ajuta si multe viitoare mamici care tare s-ar bucura. De ce poti sa donezi sperma dar ovule nu?

Deus da draguta, donatoarea face toata procedura(stimulare+inhibare, punctia) la tine se face numai ET(cu tratament de sustinere aferent)

Ce parere aveti de clinicile din Grecia? Din cate am citit, nu se asteapta deloc.Preturile afisate sunt de 4500-5000 euro, dar asta include si tratamentul de stimulare al donatoarei sau nu?

Vezi ca am scris la o pagina anterioara tot ce include si ce se mai plateste suplimentar dar numai daca este cazul.
