ce facurati, bre? v-ati volatilizat?

eu sint libera azi asa ca am timp berechet, mi-am terminat sportul, am baut la prima ora un shake mic de proteine si acum mi-am baut lichidele inclusiv recovery drink...eu n-am mai facut febra musculara de nu mai stiu cind! ce bine e! si nici spatele nu ma mai doare!!! e putin sensibil, trebuie sa am grija cu el dar nu ma mai omoara, nici nu-l mai simt.

Deus, am o intrebare: e posibil ca de la creatina sa faci candidoza? acum vreo saptamina, dupa ce luasem circa 2-3 saptamini la rind m-a apucat un episod din-asta...si eram- sint inca in perioada fara dulciuri deloc, iar carbohidrati redusi, deci nu e din dieta...nu am vazut alt motiv; am incetat sa mai iau si vad ca a disparut. azi dimineata am luat din nou ca am facut cu greutati si daca tot am un borcan mare zic sa-l folosesc
Si are ceva daca fac sportul la o ora jumate dupa ce am luat-o? Mereu ma iau cu treaba si in loc sa incep dupa o ora, intirzii Ma gindesc sa n-o iau degeaba in ritmul asta...
Am cautat pe net raspuns intii dar n-am gasit ceva clar si am zis sa te intreb poate tu stii mai bine. Mersi.

aloha..eu de la munca si shopping
mi-am luat blugi pana la urma..exact de la aceeasi firma in primavara purtam marimea 27, acum sunt la 25 si ar fi mers perfect 24, dar nu cred ca exista la ei asa ceva:-)))


sport azi nu, ca-s obosita..ma bag la un film de grozavie, Friday the 13th...buhuhu:-))

Eu am prestat astazi sala, antrenament cu greutati pentru toate grupele musculare, aproximativ 60 de minute.

Sunt prinsa rau cu munca , de-abia acum am un pic de timp sa citesc pe aici.

Allure esti inainte de ciclu? poate din cauza aia, ai din nou simptome asemanatoare cu candida! de la creatina nu am auzit zau de asa ceva! si eu o iau candva intre 1 ora si 30 min inainte de sport...ea da energie pe parcursul intregului antrenament deci este ok.

azi am avut o zi usurica, acuma am venit acasa, am mancat si-s pregatita sufleteste de un pahar de vin si dupa nani

Lumi esti subtirica rau...eu habar nu am cat port la pantaloni, trebuie sa ma uit

Buna seara si de la mine. Am ajuns si eu acasa dupa o zi de colindat si dupa un tren anulat fara stirea mea... asa ca a trebuit sa vin cu o hartoaga. Frumos inceput de saptamana am...
Luminita ce nr. mic porti!! Eu cel mai mic nr. la blugi a fost 27 in perioada mea de maxima schilodeala.
Eu azi am prestat 20 min. pe bicicla si poate daca scap de oboseala mai bag o runda de abdomene.

Ziua buna si de la mine

Am o lenee in mineee, asa de inceput de saptamana ... dar cred ca o sa ajung azi pe la sala ca sa dorm si eu mai bine ca nu stiu ce am avut azi-noapte ca nu am reusit sa adorm decat dupa 2! ba stiu, cola dupa 7 seara si cum nu am mai baut de un car de ani mi-am traumatizat sistemul nervos

Am vazut ieri The social network.. interesant filmul! eu sunt dependenta de facebook

Da Lumi te cred cu masurile.. si eu as vrea un 24, dar la obezitatile astea de aici zic merci cand gasesc si 25 numai la Guess ma potrivesc bine si au mereu masura 25 la blugi

De azi am inceput sa imi notez meniul meu sanatos! slabuta activitate pana acuma:
MD: paine prajita cu crema de branza si o cafea mica
Pranz: o farfurie de ciorba de legume
Gustare: un mango
Cina: am in plan un avocado cu rosii, branza si 2 oua

Cam putin daca stau sa ma gandesc... ar mai intra si o ciocolata! glumesc

Super Foods – Fact or Fiction?


Every day it seems we hear new information about the latest super food. By the end of the week we have a grocery list of super foods that so-called experts say we should be adding to our diets. With this continuous stream of new information, trying to eat healthy can be overwhelming. So what is an important factor when trying to shop for the healthiest fare? Antioxidants! These nutrients fight cell damage in our system caused by free radicals, destructive agents that attack cells causing disease, and work to combat these reactions. So, which super foods are actually super and which ones are not? Here’s a list to help you sort through all the hype:



· Açai berries. Promoted as the latest “anti-aging, weight-loss inducing, disease-preventing, miracle-fruit,” açai berries contain anthocyanin and flavonoids, two powerful antioxidants that assist the body’s defences against cell damage. While it’s true that these little red berries are packed full of good-for-you ingredients, so are all of the other vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables lining the produce aisle, and there is no solid evidence indicating that açai is any more beneficial. Yes, these berries are good for you, but you can ease the strain on your wallet by avoiding the bandwagon and reaching for other powerful fruits such as blueberries, strawberries and blackberries.



· Red rooibos tea. An up and coming herbal tea, rooibos tea, also known as red tea, is rich in disease-quenching antioxidants. In fact, preliminary research indicates that red tea contains just as many, if not more, antioxidants as the ever-popular green tea. Even better, though, is that it’s naturally caffeine free. Though more scientific research is needed in order to firmly verify the health-claims of red tea, it is safe to assume that when that 3 p.m. brick wall hits, red tea is a great alternative to caffeine infused beverages like coffee, soda and regular tea.



· Dark chocolate. This tasty snack is shown to have an abundance of flavonoid and polyphenol antioxidants. This is because dark chocolate has a higher concentration of cocoa, the original source of these heart-healthy soldiers. So when choosing to indulge, skip the milk and white chocolate and reach for the dark. Milk chocolate has a lower cocoa count and is higher in sugar and fat, while white chocolate has no cocoa count all. Instead, look for dark chocolate with a 60 to 70 per cent cocoa mass or try organic dark chocolate with the goodness of natural ingredients. Keep it light – one small piece is all you need.



There are many things to consider when deciding on a healthy diet but in the end, the best diet is a balanced one complete with whole, natural foods. And remember, it’s okay to treat yourself to some of life’s other sweet indulgences – in moderation of course!
