Salutare!

Absolut nimic nou de la mine. Yoga-pilates, pilates-yoga day in, day out. Cam atit. Cu alimentatia stau inca prost. Si eu daca mi-as nota ce bag la ghiozdan in fiecare zi ar fi jale. Pai Elena, daca as minca eu o ciorbita de legume la prinz in jumate de ora m-as prelinge de foame. Inca maninc dulciuri, gatesc "traditional" romaneste pt familie (nu chestii super-fierte dar nici semi crude cum ar fi sanatos din pacate). Cred ca m-ar minca de vie baietii mei daca as incerca sa-i trec pe dieta semi-raw sau ceva de genul asta. Cumva eu as fi pregatita pentru o schimbare drastica in alimentatie dar baietii mei nicidecum.

V-am vazut in poze, n-am apucat sa comentez prin albume. Xio, iti sta foarte fain cu noua tunsoare si parul aranjat in felul acela. Allure, foarte fain te-ai tonifiat dupa ultima serie de antrenamente, arati fatal, ce mai! Iar la chip esti asa frumoasa, de parca ai fi pictata.

Va intrebam si eu cu incheieturile miinilor si cu carpienele mele firave :-). Cum protejez incheieturile? Insist cu exercitiile (fara a forta) si disconfortul va trece de la sine?

Eloise dupa parerea mea umila nu cred ca ar trebui sa insisti cu exercitiile daca vezi ca ai probleme. Eu zic ca cel mai bine ar fi sa le lasi un timp sa se odihneasca si poate va trece de la sine disconfortul.

Neata si de la mine!

Ma bag la o cafeluta si niste chestii de patiserie libaneza cu miere. Libanezii sunt lideri de piata aici cu patiseria..fac niste chestii cu branza, cu zatar, (ierburi), cu iaurt

Lumi, o rochita crosetata ca aia din linkul tau mi-am luat eu recent...am asezonat-o cu niste cizme rosii si e super sexy!

Azi cred ca fac kempo..simt asa ca am chef si e si antrenamentul meu preferat.

Toata lumea stie exact ce trebuie sa faci cu viata ta, dar nu are nici o idee ce trebuia sa faca cu propria-i viata.

m'neata zanici
allure..legat de problemuta ta , cu candida (care de fapt este o consecinta a "dereglarii" florei intenstinale) , cum zicea si deus poate aparea inainte de cm ...daca ai cum procura biotics de la ozone , si ia-l cam 7 zile inainte de menstra (la sfatul unei forumite am facut si eu asa si mi-e super ok)
sa fi fost eu prea absorbita de atatea pozici ...dar nu am vazut poze cu tine

executat poze ... frumos ,placut la ochiul meu..salivat la greu dupa atata vointa si cubulete pe burticute..ma gandeam io ca daca vaz pozele ma ambitionez mai tare ...ieri eram suspect de aproape de monitor, studiindu-va..nu prea pricepea al meu ce fac

legat de notat ce mancam .. eu asa am reusit sa slabesc de fiecare data (acum e a doaua oara in viata ).. eu tin o dieta permisiva care mie mi se pare mai mult un stil de viata Weight Watchers se numeste , si am un tabel excel in care imi notez functie de punctele dietei tot ce mananc ... ma ajuta sa vad ce-mi prieste la slabit , ce ma blocheaza , etc , etc ....inca o chestie... o sa sune..dahhh..sa nu ma articulati cu rosii..chestia cu mancatul este obisnuinta ... cunosc persoane care mananca mai mult , mult mai mult decat mine si sunt bat ...deh materialul .. dar cunosc si persoane care mananca mai cumpatat ca mine si sunt mai durdulii ..iar materialul ...dar ideea este , daca cei din lagarele de concentrare , n-au murit si munceau nu ca mine (stat in scaun, urcat in masina si mers 1 ora la sala ..mareeee eroina) e clar ca teoria minimului caloric e putintel zdruncinata
so , daca sunt doritoare , va pot trimite cum imi tin eu evidenta la papacica si chiar si punctele Weight Watchers

o zi super va doresc , spor la extraplat

Lumi, ai fost vis-a-vis de Politia Rutiera la magazinul ala de cizme? Au niste modele super, dar pt. mine sunt prea piperate preturile
Rochie ca aia neagra am gasit in Flavia (sunt noi), dar am vazut-o pe alb si pe maro.
Eu mi-am luat una exact asa, fara gluga, dar second. Am o prietena care nu ar cumpara second in veci, dupa ce a vazut rochia aia a spus ca trebuie sa o duc in piataAcum stiu ca nu o sa mergi sa cauti si precis nu vei gasi asa cum vrei, dar vroiam sa te anunt ca daca iti place sa te flenduri pe la cumparaturi, poti merge in Flavia. E chiar la inceputul randului 2-3, unde este o tipa cu multe haine noi.



Eu sport n-am facut, mancare frumos n-am mancat, macar nu m-am ingrasat deloc, dar nu stiu ce naiba fac...cred ca dupa gluma aia de examen o sa ma apuc de kickbox, cand ne mutam, ca asa nu prea am cand, fac si germana...invat...urat de tot.
