Irina, si Aidan al nostru a vrut bucatarie si dupa ce am luat-o abia daca s-a jucat cu ea de cateva ori, la voi sper sa fie mai bine :))

Sinzi nu, nu este normal.
Ti-as recomanda sa vorbesti cu superiorul persoanei care trebuia sa te sune. Trebuie sa aiba spitalul si o persoana care sa se ocupe de reclamatii.
Aici la spitalul unde il duc de obicei pe Aidan, de cate ori am fost si la urgenta si la plamani, m-au sunat la cateva zile sa le evaluez "performantele". si le-am spus exact ce m-a deranjat, mai ales atunci cand am asteptat nspe ore la urgenta. Drept urmare m-a sunat medicul care l-a vazut atunci pe aidan si si-a cerut scuze (pt ca noi am facut scandal mare atunci cand am asteptat cu copilul 5 ore cu temperatura 41 si nu l-a consultat nimeni in primele 3 ore). si-a cerut scuze si a mai sunat inca o data ca sa ne intrebe cum a evoluat A., daca i-am cumparat medicatia, etc.
In cazul tau cu atat mai mult...ai documentele...suna la spital si spune-le ca vrei sa faci reclamatie.

Sanzi merita scuturati ca putea fi criminal. Dar ca pe peste tot trebuie sa ai tarie de caracter. Pana la avocat exista o serie de chestii care-l pot arde in sensul ca pacientii verifica si-l pot evita.

Step 1

Check with the American Medical Association to see if your doctor is currently a member. Find your doctor's status by visiting the "Doctor Finder" section of the site. If your doctor's name is listed, then you can file a complaint in writing to American Medical Association, Attn: Ethics Group, 515 N. State Street, Chicago, IL, 60610, requesting that they do an investigation. You might also call their toll-free telephone number, 800-621-8335, to verify they received your complaint and ask if you need to take any additional steps.

Step 4
Rate your doctor online. Websites such as HealthGrades.com allow consumers to report bad performances by their doctors and to rate the caliber of medical services.

Mey m-a omorat subiectul cu Eurovision-ul:)) Clipul Romaniei n-a fost rau, dar parca o tar cam agresiv. O fi influenta desenelor americane:))
