Mda...si sunt nr.4 mondial in online retail.
Pentru unii care au cumparat Puma cu 5,5mil, ce pretentii sa avem noi la customer service, pentru cateva mii de euro de la un grup de clienti dintr-o tara de care e mai usor sa uite?

Mai merita incercata solutia cu banca si...cam atat. Cred ca ii doare la fel de mult in cot si de review-uri.

I wasn't happy at all, due to the fact every time I order something from La Redoute, it comes 2 months later!! I mean 2 months! I don't live in the middle of the Sahara you know!! How many times I had written to them and phoned them, and wasting my time doing so, and waiting for my parcels to arrive... I must be a very patient person.

Two years later; here we go, another junk mail arrived offering me 20% off and free p&p, and I also wanted to by some clothes suddenly.
Being hopeful and the silly person I am, hoping that the La Redoute must have realised their poor delivery arrangement and bad customer service by now, I have ordered a few items recently, and guess what? 2 months later, I am still waiting!! This time, I was totally annoyed after no reply to my email, and I decided to phone them (yes, about time). 20 minutes of painful waiting later (0870 number), I managed to talk to a very unhelpful customer service representative. According to this person, my parcel was attempted to be delivered, but I wasn't here... Really?... The fact I have put a big note on my front door saying "If I'm not here, please leave my parcel at the rear door, thank you". This problem occurs to me only when I order from La Redoute. La Redoute could have at least emailed me!!! The thing is, I have no idea whatsoever which delivery company La Redoute uses, (certainly not Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS), and whenever I order from La Redoute, they never give the customer a Tracking Number.

By the way, my parcel has now been sent back to the warehouse apparently, and I have cancelled my order and instructed them to terminate my La Redoute account. I feel very angry writing this, and I feel sorry for myself now. I will never ever buy anything from La Redoute again. Shame really, because I quite liked their products...

Good Points

Prices are very tempting.
Promotional offers
Some clothes are actually very good for the price.

Bad Points

Delivery arrangements.
Unhelpful Customer Service.
Cannot track where my parcel is on the web site.
No delivery tracking number given, or no such thing exists.

Banii se recupereaza daca cererea e facuta ok si nu va lasati aburite la banca. Trebuie sa fiti insistente. Am intlnit ofiteri mastrecard care voiau sa acape de mine, insa am faut-o putin pe nebuna si s-a rezolvat instantaneu. E drept, cardul era pe firma.

DACA sint atit de mari si nu pun pret pe reviewuri si nici customer serviceul nu e bun, e clar cine e LR.
Si cind mai puneti comenzi pe siteuri de-astea, cautati intii pareri. Din alte siteuri, nu "clientii nostri spun ca... bla-bla".

Horel, probabil au servere cu mirroring/clustering si dnsurile busite din cind in cind. Un site ca ala nu poate sta pe un singur server, il da jos rapid.

oare daca ma culc si ma scol peste 2 sapt imi vin produsele si se remdiaza problema ? :D sa putem continua sa comandam :)) ma pun si ma culc si incerc sa visez asta,macar sa dorm mai bine.

Claujro help: am primit si eu mail de la strawberry sa le confirm adresa si codul cardului dar nu am gasit un link ceva....am dat reply la mailul asta. Asa ai facut si tu????

Gresit, am primit toate pachetele si nu am corespondat niciodata cu ei, pe nici un fel de subiect ori problema. Cardul meu e Visa online, a mers fara probleme
