NU-folosec cuptorul cu microunde, dar mi-am cumparat un cuptosas micut tot pt incalzit cu convectie micut nu e la fel dar ....sa nu folosesc cuptorul de la aragaz care e prea mare pt ce am nevoie

Poate ar trebui sa incerci sa te documentezi si tu mai bine. Atitudinea asta de "totul in jurul nostru e nociv, nu mai bine ne vedem de viata la urma-urmei" nu este deloc in avantajul nostru si al copiilor nostri. Avem capacitatea sa ne protejam mai mult de aspectele nocive din jur, daca stim sa deschidem ochii si sa fim un pic mai mult decat pasivi.

m- am linistit. Vedeti ca exista cuptoare pe curent care pot incalzi/ decongela fara microunde. Am comparat ce as vrea eu cu un cuptor cu microunde si nu au treaba, micoundefree.

Evident ca sunt sute de articole care vorbesc despre asta, s-au masurat parametrii radiatiilor, care la un cuptor cu microunde un functiune, sunt de 40-50 de ori mai mari decat valorile considerate nepericuloase pentru organism.

Se considera ca radiatiile cuprinse intre 0,5 si 2 miliGaussi (mG), nu sunt periculoase pentru sanatatea noastra. 0,5 reprezinta de fapt valoarea magnetismului natural al planetei. Nah, acuma vor veni unii si altii sa zica ca este literatura, fictiune, tabloid, etc, dar realitatea este ca suntem bombardati cu radiatii electromagnetice si alte tipuri de radiatii din toate partile. Unele dintre ele nu le putem controla, insa in privinta altora, putem alege sa ne ferim de ele, nefolosind sursele respective de radiatii.

Eu m-am documentat bine, stai linistita.
Deci care ar fi argumentele tare contra?
Din nici un articol nu reiese clar cit de nociv este cupotorul cu microunde, cita vreme e folosit corespunzator si in moderatie.

Asta mi se pare o exagerare uriasa. Ar trebui sa locuim practic cu capul in microunde ca sa patim ce scrie aici. In vest cuptorul cu microunde a aparut in 1967, deci ma gidesc ca ar trebui sa fie multi morti sau pe cale, daca ar fi asa nociv. Sigur ca daca mincam numai microwaved food (deci gatita la microunde), bine nu o sa ne fie, dar sa incalzesti mincare o data pe zi nu e nici un bai.

Letitia, esti libera sa faci ce vrei cu mancarea ta, poti s-o prajesti pe antenele de la vodafone daca vrei. Exista un liber arbitru, care este dreptul fiecaruia. Eu aleg sa nu-l folosesc pentru ca stiu ca nu este benefic si gata.

Eu cand stau langa un cuptor cu microunde in functiune, mi se ridica la propriu parul pe brate (nu va imaginati ca am prea mult, acuma ) si am o senzatie de electrizare in corp. Brr...

pai tocmai asta e ideea: sa nu stai pe-aproape in timp ce e pornit, caci e posibil ca aparatul sa nu izoleze chiar perfect undele electromagnetice de exterior.

altfel, mi-e suficient sa ma uit la site-ul de la care ai dat linkurile, si la celelalte care sustin ca nu e asa de negru. si la modul de argumentatie...

hm, si eu il folosesc aproape zilnic la incalzit, de vreo 10 ani. De fapt l-am cumparat inainte sa se nasca Cristi, ca sa sterilizam biberoanele (aveam un sterilizator de la Avent, pt biberoane).
Am incercat sa gatesc o singura data un pilaf, nu mi-a placut cum a iesit. De asemeni nu il mai folosesc de multa vreme pentru dezghetat.
Bine, ciorba nu o incalzesc la microunde, dar e de neinlocuit pentru diverse care se "lipesc" de cratita la incalzitul pe aragaz, gen budinca de macaroane, pilaf etc
Mai facem si popcorn din cand in cand.
Numai ce am incalzit spanac pentru mine si piure de cartofi pentru copil...
