Dieta Atkins-tine cineva?

As vrea sa stiu daca tine cineva aceasta dieta pentru a-mi putea da niste informatii.Vreau sa imi pun sotziorul la slabit si am nevoie de niste sfaturi de la cei care au tinut aceasta dieta.M-ar interesa in primul rand un tabel cu alimentele pe care le poate consuma.

eu am tinut, a mers, intr-adevar slabesti exact din zonele unde pui grasime, spre deosebire de altele, corpul se modeleaza frumos, dar e grea....ca-s o mare iubitoare de legume-fructe...si se pare ca nici prea sanatoasa nu e, cam omoara ficatul cu atata carne
o sa caut vechile tabele cu alimente, sper sa le gasesc
