"Your cervix may feel soft like your lips or firm like the tip of your nose. You may notice your cervix feeling more open or closed. Right after menstruation, your cervix will be low and easier for you to reach. It will feel firmer and closed. During ovulation your cervix will be higher and more difficult to reach. It will also feel soft, wet and you may notice it feeling more open."

Dry: At the beginning of your cycle, prior to ovulation you will likely produce little to no cervical mucous. Also right before your period should start your cervical mucous may become dry again. If you do not notice cervical mucous you will want to record this on your chart as dry.
Sticky: You may notice sticky cervical mucous prior to ovulation. It feels sticky to your fingers when you touch it.
Creamy: As you get closer to ovulation you will notice thicker, creamy-looking cervical mucous. This mucous looks and feels similar to lotion.
Eggwhite: Eggwhite cervical mucous is the term used to describe the mucous you have during ovulation. It looks like eggwhites and is slippery, clear, and stretchy.
Watery: Watery cervical mucous is wet and may be stretchy. You may notice this type of cervical mucous during ovulation or before having eggwhite cervical mucous."

Right before ovulation you will have a slight drop in temperature followed by a sharp rise in temperature. Around the time of ovulation, you will see a rise in temperature. By the time you notice this rise in temperature, you have already ovulated. That is why charting works best when done for a few months. What you are looking for is a rise in temperature of about 0.2 degrees or more. If you have ovulated your temperature will remain higher. If your temperature remains higher for three days or more, then you can assume you have ovulated. After ovulation your temperatures should stay above the coverline for at least twelve days. ROX, vitamina E se ia max 15 zile pe lune. De obicei se recomanda sa se ia din z1 si pana la ovulatie. Apoi te opresti.

Nu stiu ce sa zic cu cervixul, eu am mai citit si inainte si ceea ce ai scris tu si totusi, nu stiu,mi se pare ciudat sa stai sa-l cauti prin
. Am inteles ca de fapt este capatul uterului.
Eu incerc sa nu ma monitorizez, nici macar TB nu-l iau desi am termometru digital (pe care l-am luat special) dar n-am rabdare....poate luna viitoare desi sper sa nu mai fie cazul...
Merg pe ideea de a face

Olivia26, ai dreptate, e neplacut si ciudat sa scormonesti dupa cervix. Dar este util atunci cand nu ai secretie suficienta pentru a ajunge la iesirea din vagin. Poti sa "vezi" si pozitia colului si secretia. Doar asa poti afla perioada cea mai fertila.
Daca ai secretie suficienta, nu este nevoie sa mai urmaresti si pozitia cervixului.
Tb ar fi bine sa o masori, iti spune daca si cand ai ovulat. Daca ai termometru digital e simplu: pui ceasul sa sune la aceeasi ora dimineata, asa semi-adormita il iei, il pui sub limba si in 10 secunde s-a rezolvat. Dar trebuie sa fii consecventa si sa faci asta in fiecare zi, la aceeasi ora.
Toate semnele de fertilitate ar trebui urmarite; in felul acesta vei sti cand sa faci testele de ovulatie (fara sa le risipesti) si iti vei mari considerabil sansele de reusita pentru 
!
Desigur, depinde si de cat timp incerci... Intr-un fel, toata concentrarea asta pe semnele de fertilitate induce un anume stres care chiar strica. Asa ca iti doresc sa reusesti cat mai repede, fara sa fie nevoie sa stai cu lupa pe tine...
