ce-i galagia asta pe forum?
maru- felicitari pt ambitie.
si preturile la Tim la fel? eu am o masina de facut cafea de la Tim.
eu la kg ma mentin , sportul face minuni, m-am convins si pot spune ca mananc mai mult acum, decat atunci cand stateam cu o cafea si tigara pana la pranz.
mikiion - si eu m-am imbracat cu o pereche de pantaloni de curand si ma simteam de 200kg.
daca toata vara ai purtat haine lejere ,comode vei avea o senzatie aiurea sa treci la pantaloni. hainele's de vina.
delphin- de ce antrena ment vorbesti?

subscriu la ce zice pumba: nu mincam din cauza viciilor, si "aratam" muuuuult mai bine
pt ca nu mai fumez, nici nu prea mai beau cafea pt ca nu isi are rostul, deci...., maninc.
profit de zilele pline in care nu am timp sa rspir si inlocuiesc mesele cu fructe si apa.

am fost la pillates si doare....
am cumparat de la farmers market rosii ,ardei si castraveti si mi-am facut o salata imensa la care am pus si mediterranean basil leaves.
anda- bafta la slabit! se poate slabi. ce fructe mananci? incearca nuci , peanut butter cu celery.greek yogurt.

E deschis pt. tot civilii care vor sa alerge cu ei. Si vib legionari din toate regimentele din Fr. "antrenorul meu preferat" = sotul alearga si el! Zice ca e mandru de minesi eu de el
Da doamne sa-l termin pe picioare. ieri 10.4km intr-o ora si 5 min.alergand la 80% din capacitati. Masor si frecventa cardiaca.

vreau sa vad cat pot alerga, dar mi=i ca mor dupa... asa ca m-am oprit la 4.52 mile
