Feeding plan

Forbidden foods
• Milk products – Chesse , cottage chesse ,yoghurt etc. These products can be given from 8 months of age!!!!
• Milk – can be given after one year old.
• Honey – can result in botulizmus infection. Can be given after one year old.
• Bread- Like crossant, rolls etc. Only can be given from 8 months old
• Eggs – From 10 months
• Small seeded fruits like- strawberry, black berry, blueberry,currants etc.Can be given from 1 year to taste but it is better to given from 1 ½ year old.
• Peanut and walnut- Can only be given from 1 year of age , because it can cause allergies and can choke on the nuts. Although American peanut butter can be given at 2 years of age.

At first that is in the beginning given one or two table spoons for at least 7 to 10 days. One portion is 220-250 ml.
What you sent for feeding is great , with one exception use brown rice because it is easier to digest the baby brown rice.

From 6 months can be given the following:
• Apple, peach,sour cherry, chestnuts,carrots,squash, beets,brown baby rice, wheat, oatmeal,corn.
From 7 months:
• Banana, pear, orange, lemon, tomato, zuccini , lettuce, brocolli. Parsnips ( white carrot) celery
• Aspargus , plain squash, cucumbe
• Mashed peas with no outter shell, squash types,
Meats
• Chicken, turkey, cook foods in one teaspoon of oil with baby food. For taste you can add dill and chives.

From 8- 9 months:
• Bread ,crossant
• Plums,apricot,watermelon, cantolope, cherries
• Green peas, korabi,cabbage, califlower, onions ( cooked or baked) spinach, lentils, yellow peas and beans.
Meats
• Beef, pork, fish, chicken liver ( once aweek)
• If in the family noone has had no allergies with yoghurt,cottage cheese( these can be given in small amounts )Vegatable puree can given as a fill in portion.
• Basil , fruit teas,
From 10-11 months:
• Cabbage, eggplant,green peas, ruhbar,mangold,
• Hard boiled eggs ( only the yolk of the egg) can be put in the vegi puree.
From 1 year of age:
• Cucumber raw sliced or pickeled, radish, onions and garlic raw ,
• Soja ,tufo ,soja milk, soja beans, pepper, milk, butter, goat milk, goat cheese, goat cottage cheese
• Honey, white of eggs, almond,fruit teas
From 1 ½ year of age:
• Kiwi, currants, black berry,blueberry, raspberry. Strawberry etc.
• Fruits pineapple, mango, grapefuit etc.

Nu stiu daca am timp dar asa pe scurt cu ce nu sunt lamurita.
Rosiile nu cumva sunt de evitat la cei cu DA?
Sour cherry la ce te referi? La rosiile micute sau la cirese care stiu ca nu se dau in primul an.
La fel vinetele se dau spre doi ani, in nici un caz la 10 luni.
Pana acum eu mereu am introdus caisa inaintea piersicei care e mai acida dar s-a si intamplat sa fie de sezon in ordinea aceasta.
Ananasul cred ca se poate introduce si mai devrem, nu doar dupa un an si jumatate.

Buna ziua si de la noi,

La multi ani, Oana! Sa ai parte de multa sanatate, fericire si impliniri alaturi de familia ta frumoasa!
La multe lunite Isa scumpa si frumoasa, Iulia, Anamaria si Iulia!

Noi am dormit bine azi noapte, de la 8 seara, cu papa prin somn la 11:30 si apoi fara treziri pana la 7:30. Nu ma bucur insa deocamdata, cred ca a fost mai somnoros de la vaccin. Apoi a papat, l-am pus cu mine in patul mare si am mai dormit amandoi pana la 10:30 Asa ca azi ma simt odihnita

Diana, tot voiam sa te intreb, tu mananci consistent? Ca la mine se simte la productia de lapte daca mai sar peste mese. Stiu ca regula asta nu-i valabila la toata lumea, dar poate functioneaza.

ea vrea dupa 1 :)) vineri merge la control. probl e ca are un dr cu faima ca ar provoca nasterile...

aseara era cat pe ce, dar s-a pus la culcare si pana dimineata a fost bine. azi am vb cu ea 2 ore pe videoconferinta pe mess, are un burtooooiii!!! eu ma uitam la burta ei, ea se uita la Isa cum se joaca pe jos...
