Delia, Zuzi: n-am plecat nicaieri, doar ca sunt extrem de prinsa la serviciu. Apuc sa va citesc, dar atat.
Dar aveam ceva chestii pe care mi-am impus sa nu le uit sa vi le zic.
Ruxi: esti o frumoasa. Am o rugaminte la tine - eu stiu ca nucile sunt sanatoase, dar ele fiind foarte calorice e esential controlul portiilor si integrarea in meniul complet.
Nu mai stiu cine a zis ca vrea sa evite foamea crunta ca sa nu se arunce pe eugenii - eu am in geanta mai mereu o punguta cu grisine integrale (le fac de obicei duminica si o portie ne ajunge la toti o saptamana), pentru cazul in care sunt prinsa undeva si nu apuc sa mananc vreme lunga. si daca nu as avea, exista multe alternative la eugenii. EU sustinut mereu, ca daca tot e sa calcam stramb, hai sa o facem cu ceva care sa merite mai mult decat eugeniile.
