Croco: pana acum am incasat un singur cec, al doilea inca nu a intrat ca sa stiu exact cat va ramane din intreaga suma. Am itneles ca se opreste ceva de genul % (nu stiu cat) minim 2 euro. Cand am depus cecul de 10,56 euro mi s-a zis ca imi iau cam 2 euro din el. Cand a intrat erau de fapt vreo 4 (sau 6 nu mai stiu) dar cu comision de retragere din cont in final am incasat 2 euro, restul fiind comisioane, taxe, habar n-am si prin urmare am ajuns la aceasta suma.

Cred ca la mine a fost problema ca era prea mic cecul, deci una peste alta mi-au luat vreo 9 euro, daca cecul era de 50....poate ramaneam cu ceva.

aissa, schimba titlul, nu ne adresam doar fetelor din Franta ci cum a zis si unboticutz, semnalam o frauda pe internet...
EDit: si nu pune la redoute in titlu ca sa nu se zica ca sunt 2 subiecte cu acelasi titlu pe forum...

First of all I hope you enjoyed your holiday and you came back ready to work.
I want to remind you that I am expecting an answer regarding the orders you canceled.
My client number is 527905524 and I haven’t received yet 5 orders placed on 12, 14, 23, 24 and 26th of July in the total amount of 227.59E. You suggested me to be patient, well , how can I be patient when your email was so confusing? Why is it so difficult to clarify the situation and tell me precisely what orders are cancelled and how you will fix the problem?
I found other people who are in the same situation and I understood that your usually method for reimbursement is by ceques. In this case, please be aware that the bank commisions and fees are at least 8 E per ceque and I will not accept to pay them. It also takes about 45 days until I received the money on a ceque and this is also quite unacceptable. It is your right not to accept orders from any country but it is a criminal act to take the money from people and do not deliver the orders and make them lose money on bank commissions and fees.
Well, I do hope to get an answer from you TODAY. I will also look for an email address of a LR manager, hoping that he/she is not so busy to answer me.

am scris si eu ieri pe site,ca raspuns la mailul ala cu "Please be patient.Thank you for your understanding".

Mesajul suna asa:

Why should I be patient????Well,I'm not.
Don't thank me for my understanding because I have no understanding fot this mess.

It is quite unbelievable the way you deal with your customers.I am an old client,I placed a lot of orders,I spent a lot of money in your on-line store,I received all my parcels,everything was OK .
And now you tell me that my recent orders were canceled!!!!!Why?For what reason?

I don’t care if some parcels are lost and please don’t tell me this thing happens only with the parcels sent to Romania.
La Redoute delivers to countries like Mozambic,Togo,Somalia,Papua…..and there are no problems with the parcels?Only with Romania????I don’t think so.

Anyway,I am very dissapointed with your client service and I never thought that a big VPC like La Redoute can treat its clients in such a bad style.After almost one month since I placed the orders…there is no parcels,no money,no answers to my mails on your site…no nothing!!!You are acting in a very unprofessional manner.

What can you tell me about the money you took from my debitcard one month ago?Don’t even think about sending me a checque,I will not accept it.
