Sos pentru spaghetti

Copilul meu e innebunit dupa spaghetti cu sos, de orice fel.
Aveti retete de sos in care eventual sa strecor si legume, carne de pui etc?
Ca eu le fac mai pompieristic, dupa ochi, nu iese mereu bun bun.

Eu am o reteta de paste cu ton pe care o fac destul de des:
Ceapa calita in ulei de masline bine incins,se adauga sos de rosii,vegeta,busuioc si piper.Las sosul s fiarba la foc mic vreo 10 min apoi adaug conserva de ton.Mai las 5 minute pe foc...Asta este sosul.E foarte gustos!

Cand am facut ultima data spaghete, am luat pliculet de la knor(pt. spaghete milanese), in care am pus piept de pui, a fost un deliciu.

Pui o lingura, doua de ulei de masline in tigaie (nu foarte incins)...pui jumatate de ceapa taiata solzisori pina devine translucida, adaugi 2 catei de usturoi zdrobiti, sare si piper, un pic de cimbru, adaugi pui tocat. Cind puiul e aproape gatit adaugi o cutie de rosii in suc si citeva frunze de busuioc...lasi la foc mic de tot, acoperit. La sfirsit adauga un virf de lingurita de zahar sa ajustezi pentru aciditatea rosiilor.

Care sunt mai bune la paste proaspete sau conserva?
Eu chiar acum am pe foc sosul de paste cu ton...

Sigur ca poti pune ciupercute...atunci cind prajesti ceapa...dar in cazul in care pui ciuperci, pune sarea ultima cind e sosul gata (altfel iese toata apa din ciuperci prea devreme).

Eu intodeauna fac cu proaspete...au alt gust. Cel mai mult imi plac shiitake sau oyster mushroom (habar n-am cum le zice in romaneste).
