Se permite cura de slabire in timpul alaptarii?
Fetelor as vrea sa incep o cura de slabire, dar oare se permite daca hranesc cu sinul bb?
Care cura de slabire recomandati pentru mamicile ce alapteaza?
Daca cineva a urmat vreo cura de slabire in timp ce alapta si a dat si rezultate va rog mult sa ne-o impartaseasca.

Si eu alaptez si as vrea sa slabesc, dar inca nu-mi pun problema unei diete stricte...Stiu ca NU e recomandat in aceasta situatie
Incearca sa eviti dulciurile, fainoasele, sa te plimbi mult mult pe jos, cu bebe, sa bei multa apa si sa consumi multe fructe si legume...

Nu evitati de tot dulciurile. MAncati cate un pic din toate, aspectul principal sa fie totusi bb, adica sa nu dea colici.
Ceea ce puteti face: plimbare, miscare usoara, chiar si alergat, mancati cantitati mai mici, beti multe lichide, si atunci sigur nu va afecta cantitatea de lapte.

NU e recomandata cura de slabire cand alaptezi. In timpul sarcinii si la nastere organismul nostru a fost supus unor eforturi mari si are nevoie de timp sa-si revina. De asemenea, sistemul imunitar este slabit.
Singurul lucru care e bun pt. tine si bb este sa mananci sanatos.

Alaptatul insusi este o metoda de slabire f la indemana. Nu e recomandata nici o cura in aceasta perioada pt. ca lapticul bbului va avea mult de suferit.
Trebuie sa bei multe lichide neacidulate si sa faci miscare.
Inainte de alaptare bea lapte.

Daca va uitati cu atentie, bebeul are peste un an, deci nu mai depinde de alaptat neaparat!
Crinia, iti pot spune ce cura aplic eu de vreo 3 luni, si eu alaptez inca, e usoara, nu te priveaza de nici un aliment si functioneaza!

Multumesc tuturor pentru sfat, insa bb meu are un an si cred ca nu il va afecta asa de mult.
Insa eu as vrea sa dau ceva kg jos de aceea ca am o durere groaznica de picioare si mi se umfla, cred ca cauza ar fi greutatea in plus.

in nici 2 luni(primele 2 luni de la nastere).bebelusha mea lua cata mai mult de un kg/luna.si eu am mancat zdravan mancare sanatoasa si cand imi era pofta si ceva dulce,dar putinel.

Want to shed those extra pregnancy pounds? A team of California researchers recommends that breastfeeding women try a combination of dieting and aerobic exercise to lose weight, rather than dieting alone.
"Short-term weight loss (about two pounds per week) through a combination of dieting and aerobic exercise appears safe for breastfeeding mothers, and is preferable to weight loss achieved primarily by dieting, because the latter reduces maternal lean body mass," researcher Megan McCrory wrote in her study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
McCrory and her colleagues from the University of California at Davis studied 67 breastfeeding mothers who had given birth 2 to 4 months previously. The team's goal was to determine if weight loss by dieting, with or without aerobic exercise, adversely affected lactation performance.
The breastfeeding mothers were split up into three groups. One group dieted, another group dieted and exercised and the third was a control group.
The study, which was conducted over an 11-day period, found that women in the diet-only group lost an average of 4 pounds. Women in the diet and exercise group lost an average of 3 1/2 pounds, and the control group lost less than half a pound.
Change in milk volume and composition, energy output and infant weight did not differ significantly among the three groups.

Several studies have been done in the last few years looking at before-exercise breastmilk and after-exercise breastmilk. The popular press reported that breastmilk after exercise has higher concentrations of lactic acid (produced by exercise) and the babies were judged to be less accepting of the after-exercise milk.
Wide publicity has been given to this research and can still be found in current magazines. But, after reviewing many studies, Dewey and McCrory, in 1994, concluded that exercise gives breastfeeding mothers better cardiovascular fitness and that exercise during breastfeeding is safe for most women.
"Altered acceptance of breastmilk due to higher lactic acid concentrations post exercise is not likely to be a problem in most cases," the researchers reported.
Laurie O?Donnell, counselor, athlete and breastfeeding mom from Downingtown, Penn., has not experienced any problems with nursing after exercise. Realistically, exercise can be beneficial to any breastfeeding mother. It is recommended that a nursing mother minimize her weight loss to four pounds or less per month, drink to thirst and just enjoy motherhood.
