.Am trimis la Madau pe fax extrasul de cont,confirmarea comenzii.
Am scris un mail azi:
"My name is .....(client no.528823505) and I’m your client since the beginning of this year. I never had problems with packages until my last order from 31st of July. It passed almost 1 month since you took the money from my card and sent me a confirmation mail. I understood from other Romanian citizens that you sent e-mails that announced us that La Redoute stopped the delivery to Romania since 6th of July(of course, I never received a mail with this announcement). Can you tell me why you accepted my order, why you took the money although you knew that the delivery to Romania was stopped??? I can not believe that in 1month you had not the time to announce all the departments about this decision…
I put a question on your site last week.. Nobody had the good sense to answer me, although my money stays in your account for almost 1 month.. This is an unacceptable thing! You say they LR stopped the delivery because the “large number of disappeared packages”…but about the “large amounts disappeared from our accounts..”?????
I believe that I had the right to be informed by mail about your decision, to know and not place any more orders.
I can not sign into my account ,but I receive every day e-mails from you with offers. You say that “some technical problems “appeared and that’s why you can not send our money. When you sent us e-mails, you don’t have “technical problems”?
I want you to send my money back ( if you decide that all the orders from Romania will be or already been canceled) in my account because if you’ll send me a cheque, all the bank expenses will be charged on me and as a result I will receive only a smaller amount of my money and in a 45-60 days.
Finally, please, don’t send me the “classic” answer, the one with technical problems or yours excuses ..or to wait for my money. I don’t need them! I want to be treat like a client ,not like a thief! I want my money .

I confirm the fact that we stopped delivering to Romenia. For the moment we have a technical problem so it is not possible to check up your file. If your order was cancelled, then we will reimburse you if you have been charged for it. We will contact you again as soon as possible.

apropos de cec-uri, io i-am trimis acum o luna lui sabine cec-ul inapoi( ca tocmai m-am uitat pe confrmarea de primire) si n-am nici un ban in cont de la ei; deci, cu cec-urile trimise inapoi vom avea mult si bine de asteptat; varianta cea mai buna este contestarea tranzactiei la banca fiindca doar asa ne primim inapoi intreaga suma.

ELLA, sunt de acord cu tine, mai ales ca cererile noastre de refuz de plata au fost facute si trimise inainte de decizia lor cu cecurile. Deci, pana sa fie ei in situatia de a decide cum ramburseaza, trebuie sa rezolve refuzul de plata, asta ar fi ordinea cronologica si logica. dar ce mai e logic cu "La Deroute"?

Fetelor, daca ajuta cu ceva pot sa vin si eu maine, cred ca pot gasi pe cineva sa stea cu copilul (numa’ sa nu ma filmeze nimeni :D). Sau sa va trimit si eu confirmarile comenzilor, extrasul de cont etc (dar nu pot pe fax,numai pe mail). Am primit si eu in sfarsit ieri un raspuns la mailul trimis pe site in care ceream lamuriri in legatura cu ultimele 3 comenzi, mi s-a confirmat sistarea livrarilor in Ro, anularea comenzilor, please be patient, stiti voi.
Azi cand ieseam din bloc postasul tocmai se chinuia sa indese catalogul LR in cutia postala...
