Iaca bunatate de mail scris acum celor de la PPR
Dear Madame/Sirs
I decided to write you because it seems to be a problem with one of your "babies", i reffer the "LA REDOUTE" web magazine. I live in Romania, and during for more than a year i've placed orders on LA REDOUTE site, and the same did many of my friends. Today we received a mail from LR in wich we are informed that they don;t deliver anymore in Romania, beacuse too many parcel hasn't reached destination, therefore they cancelled all of the orders placed online, even if the orders were made since almost a month, the money were taken from our bank accounts, and the parcels should be here already. I want to inform you that everytime a parcel didn't arrive, we wrote LR, asking them for a proof that the parcel has been sent, a number of expedition, something so we can trace the parcel. And they told us that they aren't able to give us something like that. So..in that case who's fault is it? Ours, because we didn't receive the parcels, or LR because they weren't able to supply us a proof the the parcels were sent? And now, as a result of our complainings, they came and say, very simple.."we do not ship anymore in your country..etc, and we cancelled all the orders". Nice way to solve a problem.
I also know that it’s illegal to apply a new rule for the past orders, at least in Romania it is. Anyhow, if LR is not delivering in Romania it should take Romania out from the list, and not to accept the orders in the fist place. Once they took our money, we are expecting our parcels, we do not accept any other way to reimburse.
I hope LR is aware about the consequences of this decision because I will take all the necessary actions to protect my rights, including claims to the proper associations in France and EU. But I really hope that we can solve this problem on amiable basis.
We'd like to order from LR, i'm sure that problems were not only in my country, and i'd like to believe that you don't give up so many customers, for a problem that cand be solved very simple.
Therefore i'd like to here from you an "official" point of view..because from LR directly we didn't get any answer.
Hoping that this won't be the end of our relationship with LR, i'm looking forward for your answer

Aaaaaaaaa...stati ca mai era ceva, o contradictie grosolana in mailul ala al lui Cristine/Sabine etc.
Adik spune: "daca va trimitem colete si se pierd, nu le mai acoperim costurile" (deci, totui, trimit colete???!), asta dupa ce a spus "nu mai facem livrari in tara voastra". Nota 2 la Logica, Madame!

Am si eu un mail de la LR, tot o oferta , naiba sa ii ia, nu mai inteleg nimic. Ori ne vor ori nu?!? Eu tot mai sper sa fie o intarziere ...vina transportatorilor...ceva, dar nu ca nu mai livreaza

Cam greu ptr ei in engleza,francezii sunt f. puturosi si nationalisti,nu prea stiu alta limba decat franceza,si sufera pe tema ca nu mai este franceza lb internationala.
E posibil ca mail-urile sa ajunga la cineva care nu stie de loc sau putin engleza,si la cat de comozi sunt,nu-si bat capul cu ele,mai ales ca este orgoliul lor la mijloc,de ce nu stie franceza toata lumea.
Eu-i stiu de prin vacante(turcia,grecia si mai ales tunisia),si de la sotul meu care a stat cativa ani in franta,nu mai discutau cu tine daca nu stii franceza

Chiar ma gandeam ca Aissa a primit mailul asta ca raspuns la mailul ei in care intreba ceva clar si civilizat.Exact cum spun,nici nu se obosesc sa raspunda la ce-i intreaba omu',ei dau copy/paste la mizeria aia cu "nu mai livram in RO si v-am anulat comenzile".
