In urma cu cateva zile dupa o vizita la nutritionist am aflat ca fructele nu trebuie mancate intre mese, ci dupa masa pt. a nu intarzia digestia. E corect ce mi-a zis cu toate ca eu stiam ca fructele nu se mananca imediat dupa ce ai papat?

EATING FRUIT...

We all think eating fruit means just buying fruit, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.
It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and WHEN to eat fruit.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.
If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD. Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.
The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid.
The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! Acum mi-am adus aminte ca stiam si eu ca se mananca pe stomacul gol, dar nu stiu ce aveam in cap de le manancam intre mese. Si legat de tot de fructe: pot sa mananc orice fruct pe stomacul gol, sau sunt numai anumite fructe ce trebuie papate?

Eu stiu ca regula e asa:
- cu minimum 1 ora inainte de a manca altceva;
- la minimum 3 ore dupa ce ai mancat altceva.
Altfel digestia este ingreunata, fructele fermenteaza, apar balonari, gaze, tot tacamu'. Explicatia era de genul ca fructele se digera direct in intestin, restul mancarii are un proces indelungat de digestie si daca se amesteca...e nasol. Deci cel mai prost obicei ar fi cel "clasic", cum eram invatati in copilarie: fructele ca desert, dupa o masa copioasa!

Io stiu de la nenea Montignac asa: fructele se mananca pe stomacul gol,asta inseamna dimineata, cu min 20 min inainte de masa, sau in timpul zilei, la cel putin 3 ore dupa ultima masa. Explicatia a scris-o si Ilinca: fructele stau putin timp in stomac, trec repede in intestin. Daca stomacul e plin, tre' sa stea la coada. Asa fermenteaza, ceea ce inseamna ca zaharurile dintr-insele se prefac in alcool. Plus balnoare, ca fermentarea degaja gaze.

Eu le mananc mereu dimineata, imediat ce ma trezesc, imi face cu ochiul papaya si mango, deja e rutina, dar sunt dependenta de gustul astor doua fructe.
Dupa vreo 30 minute, micul dejun, de regula e shake (lapte cu fructe)si o cafea slaba

Mai mananc intre mese,cam la doua ore de la ultima masa, cand mi se face foame, si ar fi cazul sa servesc cina, sa zic...manac fructe,de obicei banana, struguri sau beau apa de la un cocos, dupa vreo 30 minute , o ora...cina.

Cat am locuit in Tokyo, in 5 ani, de doua ori am mancat mango, era importat din Filipine, un soi anemic, fructul mic galben, usor acrut desi era ajuns la maturitate.
Mango din Brazil are cu totul alt gust, zemos, dulce, carnos...
